  领导力的演讲稿篇(一)

  尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们:

  晚上好!今天我要演讲的题目是“剖析领导力”。

  近来,我校开展学校领导力工程,不仅仅是宣传与培养学生的领导力,更是在高中开始相关课程,其重视度可想而知。此工程的开展,一是为金外培育高层次人才做更充足的准备,二是锻炼学生一种自觉培养的能力。

  好,下面我来具体阐述一下我的观点。

  首先,领导力,是领导具备的,这个领导并非是要有多大的官职,而只是一种具备这种能力的代表称谓。其主要可以包含以下几点:

  一、计划性 作为一名合格的领导,需要实现做好充足的准备。俗话说的好,“不打无

  准备之仗”,临阵磨枪更是毫无作用。就以学生来说,要能够充分安排自身的时间。什么时间该做什么事,一个反应就要知道。必要可在备忘录记上一笔,要将自己规划得好,不能在时间上有冲突,因为时间是永远以一种恒定的'速度在走。在同一时间内可改变的事要尽量调到其他空闲时间,而如不可改变,则要以其轻重缓急来安排。

  二、决断力 领导一些事物,必定要做出一些决断。在决断之时,基本原则是考虑周到、处事果决。如果时间充足,果决这一条可以放一放,尽量充分考虑。而有时候,决断总是不完全的,这时就可以征求一下身边的“智囊团”或者是大众的意见。毕竟一个人只是闭门造车,很多方面是不可能非常完美的。

  三、执行力 一个决断的执行,决定着一件事的成功与否。若把主意当成是机器,那么执行力便是能源。一个机器的工作效率,要由能源来确定。一台再高级的汽车,没有油还是没办法开。而执行力的培养,可以亲历亲为,也可以锻炼身边的人,让其他班干部去执行,毕竟一人之力是有限的。

  四、控制力 有很多时候,理性的思考是一个必备的过程。而能否控制自己,是能否理性思考的重要标准。有些事情,牵扯到自己本身的时候,难免以感性的角度来衡量,这就往往使事情达不到原有的标准。我校校长朱耀仁曾说过:“在管理上,不要怕得罪老师,你怕得罪老师,就不怕得罪我么?”所以,有事情的时候,要把持住自己,可以多几次深呼吸调整自身,然后以理性的思维来考虑。

  五、抗压能力 马也有失蹄的时候,人偶尔处理不好事情,是很容易的。如果人人都那么容易处理好事情,那么这个关于领导力的培养也就是一种不必要了。偶尔的失败要注重调节自身,而不要轻易被压力压垮。不说困难像弹簧,你强它就弱这种例子了,讲一个关于玉米淀粉的。这一种非牛顿流体,如果手轻轻伸入,与液体一样。可是若是以一个巨大的力快速打在其上,这液体就相当于固体,十分坚硬,棒球手套里面就是非牛顿流体。我们就要做这种非牛顿流体,在打击面前,更要坚强,这更是看出一个人心里素质是否够格的时候。

  六、表达能力 领导总是要传达指令的,是各种信息的接收站与处理中枢。一个好的主意出来后,要传达给身边的人去做,需要良好的表达能力,如若支支吾吾讲不清楚,自己也恼火,别人听的更是痛苦。我中华汉字博大精深,可以将任何指令传达得十分清楚。一句清晰的指令,可以让人少走很多弯路。即使是说清楚了指令,也要再确认一遍别人是否听懂,一次就能办成的事,总是省力而清爽的。

  总而言之,一个人的领导力是需要长期的实践才有的,并非真的是一门能靠学习学来的学科,想要有领导力,就去在实践中慢慢领会吧!

  ——做自己的领导,走精彩的人生 尊敬的各位领导、亲爱的同事们:

  大家晚上好,我是来自空调国内销中业务部的李艺,很荣幸能有机会站在这个舞台上,与大家一起分享学习完《可持续领导力》这本书后的一些想法,当然短短几分钟的演讲,远远无法述尽此书的精髓,不足偏差之处,还请大家多多指正、海涵,下面将正式开始我的演讲,我演讲的题目是《做自己的领导,走精彩的人生》。

  说实话,当我拿到《可持续领导力》一书的时候,我一点都提不起兴趣,不因为别的,就这书名我就觉得把我排除在这本书的目标读者群体以外了,《可持续领导力》嘛,我都不是领导,你让我看什么“领导力”,提升了领导力你让我领导谁去?可当我沉下心来认真学习的时候,我才发现《可持续领导力》有许多的理解维度。找到恰当的角度来学习他,的确让我受益匪浅。我是一个基层的小职员,领导别人谈不上,如何领导自己,这本书倒是提供了许许多多的建议。

  本书第二章简单为上,就让我有了很多的感悟。我觉得要理解这个简单为上其实他并不那么简单,这四个字贯穿全文,并体现了多层意思。第一层,我们生活在一个信息高度膨胀的复杂社会里,我必须学会过滤掉那些无用的纷扰,书中一句话如是说道:没有人能做到接受所有的资讯,关注或适应所有变化,当我们被复杂淹没或看不清这个世界正在发生什么的时候我们就不太可能实现自身的改善。这里的简单为上,是提醒我们,要剥开繁的迷雾找到简的净土,找到那些我们关注的问题的关键,频闭不重要的干扰。没错汪峰能不能上头条这种事儿影响不了股票的涨跌,俄罗斯要怎么对付土耳其也改善不了北京的雾霾,并不是每一个信息都会对我们所关注的问题造成影响,繁中求简,找到问题的关键,将有限的时间精力关注在那些休戚相关的问题上,这样才能实现自身的改善。

  简单为上的第二层意思,我体会到的是它在提醒我们关注问题本质,切勿在还未理清头绪之前盲目行动,否则可能既使得过程更加繁琐复杂,最终还会得不到想要得结果,把握实质,避免概念的混淆。正如书中所说的,一只铅笔就能解决的问题,并不需要花昂贵的费用来开发挑战万有引力的圆珠笔,因为问题实质不是如何使圆珠笔能在太空中使用,而是如何解决在太空上写字的`问题。同样在生活和工作中也是如此,完成一项工作最开始的步骤我们就得定性这个工作,否则到最后往往事倍功半。

  以上是我针对《可持续领导力》一书中的一个小点的一些理解,其实还有很多方法,道理等待我们洗洗剖析,这本书从根本上提示着我怎么样将自己引导到一条正确的道路上,怎么做好自己人生的领导者、主宰者。高尔基有句话如是说,书是人类进步的阶梯,既然是阶梯不是电梯,那就肯定没有一步登顶之说,必须的踏踏实实一步一个脚印的爬,一遍一遍反复的剖析,才能好好理解此书。正如总裁所言,必须经常反复的读,才能终身掌握。 谢谢,我的演讲完了。
