　　Sometimes, we forget how much we have; we complain life is not fair; we are vainglorious wish for more. In our eyes, the world is full of frustration and toil. But, please, my dear friends, think about heartfully, we may find that various people who have helped us, troubles we have all gone through with, everything given by nature are all worthy of our thanks.

　　The air we breathe is so freely available that we take it for granted. But without it we could only survive a few minutes. Just as we need air to breathe, we need kinds of people help us. Some of them even take no efforts to help us out of troubles. Be thankful for our selfless parents, for they give us endless love and the chance to be humankind to enjoy colorful life.

　　Be thankful for our respectable teachers, for they teach us knowledge and the way to grow up from infantilism to maturity.

　　Be thankful for our intimate friends, for they provide us solid support and keep us away from loneliness and fear.

　　Be thankful for our aboveboard competitors, for they urge us to strengthen our ability and burst out the potential.

　　Be thankful for the strangers who are friendly to us, for their smile and kindness warm our hearts and lighten our way to success.

　　It is easy for people to be thankful for good things. A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are also thankful for the setbacks and suffers.

　　Be thankful for the difficulties because they give us opportunities to temper our willpower.

　　Be thankful for the limitations because they give us chances to improve ourselves.

　　Be thankful for the mistakes because they teach us to gain experience.

　　Be thankful for the misfortune because they teach us to cherish happiness.

　　Be thankful when we are tired because it means we have made differences.

　　Be thankful when we are left alone because it means we have been independent.

　　Most of all, we are still alive in this harmonious planet. We have warm sunshine; we have soft wind; we have poetic rain; we have immaculate snow.

　　Be thankful that we are able to see, so that we are not living in darkness.

　　Be thankful that we are able to hear, so that we can feel the exuberance of nature.

　　Be thankful for the sunrise, for we can hold the happy mood in the vitality.

　　Be thankful for the sunset, for we can keep the peaceful mind in the tranquility.

　　Be thankful for the flowers spitting, for we can appreciate the beautiful scenery.

　　Be thankful for the birds singing, for we can enjoy the pleasant melody.

　　Being thankful is an optimistic attitude toward life. people are like tea bags--you have to put them into the water before you know how strong they are. Everything around us is just like the water; they provided us opportunities to learn more and to enjoy life. Be thankful, please, and you will be the wealthy person in the world.
