从一年级到六年级，我从没当上一次“官”，可是最近，我好像走运了，但几天之后，我又觉得有许许多多的烦恼，甚至压过之前的开心，谁说小小少年无烦恼，我面前的烦恼堆得像山一样高，不信的.话，你看下面。
说起我当组长的经历，那真是失败到不能再失败的境界，简直是大师级别的了，我的失败次数就是再给我一双手，貌似也不够用。话说前几天，老师要我们预习E部分（因为语文和数学两个组长已经定了下来，所以我只抢到了一个英语组长），但我没预习，第二天上课，老师说E部分没预习的站起来，我和丁士雄“唰”地一声就站了起来，随后我们剩下的五名队员也慢慢腾腾地站了起来，顿时。教室里笑声四起，我回头一看，亲啊，我以为能留点，谁知道全站起来了，我们这一组简直成了笑柄，后来老师罚我们这一组把E部分抄两遍英语一遍汉语，我们恨不得找一地缝一起钻进去得嘞。简直羞死了。后来，我慢慢被“净化”了，成了一个按时收作业，背书的好组长。
小小少年没烦恼，呵呵，我就有烦恼，但谁叫我好强，如果当时好好当一个组员不就没有那么多破事了？真是后悔啊，不过这个世界上没有卖后悔药的，我的苦日子还长着呢。
原来，当组长不仅仅是看上去那么容易，不仅要收发，检查作业，还要时刻体会组员的感受，做他们心中的榜样。我做到了第一点，却没做到第二点，我要向真正的“好组长”进军，大家期待我的表现吧。
