You have a dream and obstacles in front of you as we all do. None of usever get through this life without heartache, without turmoil. Believe inperseverance and have faith. Get back up again when you can get knocked down andyou will find your way.
"I have three messages," said the breathless Nyad. “The first is we shouldnever ever give up. The second is you are never too old to chase your dreams.And the third is that it looks like the most solitary endeavor in the world butit takes a team.”
Hellen Keller said, “Although the world is full of suffering, it is fullalso of the overcoming of it.” People always fail because they stop trying, notbecause they encounter the unbeatable difficulties. "Never, never give up" meansto keep trying and never stop working for your goals. I think it’s a very goodpiece of advice for all of us and this is the most important thing that can helpus to achieve our goals.
I am quite sure that everybody knows Thomas Edison. Why so many peopletried to invent the electric lamp, but only Thomas Edison succeedIf Edison, likemany others, had been stilted by repeated failures, there would be no vibrantmodern cities at night. His success proves that if a person is not scared byseemingly insurmountable adversity, he can find the way to success..
In my opinion, never stop working for your goal doesn’t mean you must besuccessful. It doesnt even mean that you must achieve your goal, but its veryimportant to keep it in your mind. There are enough unfavorable conditions whichmake our lives difficult, but what important for us is to make efforts towardsyour goal or your dream. If you have given your best for your goal or yourdream, whether you succeed or not, at least you wont leave any regret in yourlife.
Dont give up working for your goal or your dream. If you succeed, you willtaste great joy in your life. If you dont succeed, you wont have regret in yourlife because you have given your best.
Dreams are hard to follow, hold on and there will be tomorrow. You willfind the way with the strength to carry on. Don’t give up.

I am a boy who loves baroque music, especially the works of JohannSebastian Bach. At my age, loving classical music is seen as an exceptionaltaste, but I don't agree with this. For me, age is irrelevant when it comes tomusic. The most important thing about listening to classical music is to have aheart of godliness.
Bach is considered now to be one of the greatest musicians ever. Why isthat? I feel it is because of his devotion towards god. Bach had devoted hiswhole life to revealing the glory of the lord by music. Composing, for Bach, wasa way to connect the divine world and the mortal world. Similarly, I havedevoted my musical taste and life towards listening to Bach's music. In otherwords, the way I view Bach is how Bach viewed god. With this same kind of piety,I am able to connect with Bach on an emotional level, which allows me toovercome the difficulties and frustrations I face in life. I consider myself tobe very similar to Bach because we are both persistent in setting and achievinggoals.
The spirit of Bach's music inspires me and helps me to face my life with anew determination to fulfill my goals. It is evident that Bach's music has andwill continue to shape my life in years to come.
If you're able to listen to classical music with emotion even just once, Iknow that you'll find a new positive influence in your life just as I did.

If you called just one additional customer each day, over the course of thenext month you would talk to about 20 new people. If you learned just one morenew word each day, in the next year you would increase your vocabulary by morethan 300 words.
Small improvements can add up over time into big accomplishments. Lookaround you. Consider the work you do each day. Think about how you could do itjust a little bit better.
In a marathon race, each step the winner takes is just a little bit longerand a little bit faster than each stride taken by the 100th place finisher. Yetover the course of the race, that small difference adds up in a big way.
Do just a little bit more today, and tomorrow too, and each day after that.Anyone can make just a small improvement, and that can make a big, bigdifference.

I don?t know who wrote these words, but I?vealways liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it tobe. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reapa good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. Toanswer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youthis not a time of life, it?s a state of mind. It?s not a matter of rosy cheeks,red lips or supple knees. It?s the matter of the will. It?s the freshness of thedeep spring of life.
Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of theappetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We growold by deserting our ideals. Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasmwrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns thespirit back to dust .
Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ?s heart the lure ofwonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what?s next and the joy of the gameof living . 两年前，我从xx英语教育院校毕业，踌躇满志地从大学校门里走出来，满怀信心地踏进了这满是孩子们的天堂。在我开始接任四年级二班的英语教程那一刻，我的心情忐忑不安，不知能否把课上好，当我真正走上工作岗位，走上四二班教室的讲台时，面对一个个鲜活可爱的面孔，面对一双双求知的眼睛，我总是一次次默默的告诉自己，要努力，要加油，要成为深受学生欢迎的好老师。
有人说儿童是一本书虽然要读懂这本书并非易事，但要成为一位出色的教师就必须去读它，有人说，儿童是花木，教师是园丁，园丁悉心照料着花木，但需要尊重它们自然地成长。实际上，儿童比花木要复杂的多，教师的工作比园丁的工作也复杂的多，尽管他们拥有着共同或共通的规律。法国文学家雨果在他的诗里曾经写到：“花是尊贵的，果实是甜美的，让我们都来做叶吧，因为叶，是平凡而谦逊的。”我觉得这首诗就是为教师写的，因为教师就像那默默奉献的绿叶，时时刻刻衬托着鲜花的娇艳。今天，在庆祝教师节的日子里，我荣幸地站上这方讲台，诵读这样意味深长的诗句，即将开始我至真至诚的讲述，我心中无比激动，也感到万分的骄傲自豪。
时光匆匆，转眼间我已走过了四年的从教生涯。虽然在大家看来这段时间有些短暂。但细数往昔岁月的点点滴滴，我还是要长叹：生活原来给了我们那么多感动。为了这真情付出后得到的感动，我一直在追求着。刚刚参加工作时，信心百倍。记得第一次以教师的身份走进课堂，感觉一切都是那样美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味浓，为师才知为师难。一段时间之后，我先前良好的自我感觉早就一扫而空，面对一群求知欲渴的孩子们，我才真正意识到教师职业是何等的艰辛和琐碎，三尺讲台站上去容易，要站好可真难啊！
每个人都希望自己的人生风和日丽，莺歌燕舞。但月有阴晴圆缺，人有旦夕祸福，挫折和失败总是不断地踩痛我们的心。我们是把失意的怨气撒在孩子身上，还是收起此时内心的苦楚用微笑面对纯真可爱的孩子？我想没有人愿意选择前者，因为你的心中有爱！鲁迅先生有句话“教育是植根与爱的'”。是的，爱是教育的源泉，教师有了爱，才会用伯乐的眼光去发现孩子们的闪光点，才会对自己的教育对象充满了信心和爱心，才会有追求卓越的精神和创新的精神。
今天，我是一名小学英语教师，爱我的学生，我会像母亲一样无私和不求索取；爱我的学生，我会像手足一样把心和他们贴得更近；爱我的学生，我会像朋友一样与他们风雨同舟；爱我的学生，我会不溺爱不袒护，在他们跌倒时，鼓励他们勇敢的站起来！我相信“人民教师”这光荣而神圣的称谓，它总能让我拥有无穷的力量。

We often hear people say, “Never give up.” These can be encouraging wordsand words of determination. A person who believes in them will keep trying toreach his goal no matter how many times he fails. In my opinion, the quality ofdetermination to succeed is an important one to have. Therefore, I believe thatwe should never give up.
One reason is that if we give up too easily, we will rarely achieveanything. It is not unusual for us to fail in our first attempt at somethingnew, so we should not feel discouraged and should try again. Besides, if wealways give up when we fail, we will not be able to develop new skills and growas people. Another reason we should never give up is that we can learn from ourmistakes only if we make a new effort. If we do not try again, the lesson wehave learned is wasted. Finally, we should never give up because as we work toreach our goals, we develop confidence, and this confidence can help us succeedin other areas of our lives. If we never challenge ourselves, we will begin todoubt our abilities.
In short, it is important that we do not give up when working for ourgoals. Whether we succeed in the end or not, we will learn something, and whatwe learn will help us to become better, .more confident people. Furthermore, ifwe give up, we have non chance of attaining our goals, but if we keep trying,there is always a chance that we will succeed one day.
