You know all this is real as long asyou are confident,passionate and committed! And you are confident, you arepassionate, you are committed!
You will no longer fear making new sounds, showing new facial expressions,using your body in new ways,approaching new people, and asking new questions.You will live every single day of your life with absolute passion, and you willshow your passion through the words you speak and the actions you take. You willfocus all your time and effort on the most important goals of your life. Youwill never succumb to challenges of hardships. You will never waver in yourpursuit of excellence. After all,you are the best, and you deserve the best!
As your coach and friend, I can assure you the door to all the best thingsin the world will open to you, but the key to that door is in your hand. Youmust do your part, you must faithfully follow the plans you make and take theactions you plan, you must never quit, you must never fear. I know you must doit, you can do it, you will do it, and you will succeed!

i am chinese. i am proud of being a chinese with five thousand years ofcivilization behind. i‘ve learned about the four great inventions made by ourforefathers. i‘ve learned about the great wall and the yangtze river. i‘velearned about zhang heng and i‘ve learned about zheng he.who says the yellowriver civilization has vanished?i know that my ancestors have made miracles onthis fertile land and we‘re still making miracles. who can ignore the fact thatwe have established ourselves as a great state in the world, that we havedevised our own nuclear weapons, that we have successfully sent our satellitesinto space, and that our gnp ranks no. 7 in the world? we have experienced theplunders by other nations, and we have experienced the war. yet, based on suchruins, there still stands our nation----china, unyielding and unconquerable!
i once came across an american tourist. she said, ―china has a history offive thousand years, but the us only has a history of 200 years. five thousandyears ago, china took the lead in the world, and now it is the us that isleading.‖ my heart was deeply touched by these words. it is true that we‘restill a developing nation, but it doesn‘t mean that we can despise ourselves. wehave such a long-standing history, we have such abundant resources, we have suchintelligent and diligent people, and we have enough to be proud of. we have
reasons to say proudly： we are sure to take the lead in the world in thefuture again, for our problems are big, but our ambition is even bigger, ourchallenges are great, but our will is even greater.
i am chinese. i have inherited black hair and black eyes. i have inheritedthe virtues of my ancestors. i have also taken over responsibility. i am sure,that wherever i go, whatever i do, i shall never forget that i am chinese!

I have a dream today.
I have a dream that one day every vally shall be exalted, every hill andmountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crookedplaces will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, andall flesh shall see it together.
Wow, what a dream it has been for Martin Luther King. But the changingworld seems telling me that people gradually get their dreams lost somehow inthe process of growing up, and sometimes I personally find myself saying goodbyeunconsciously to those distant childhood dreams.
However, we meed dreams. They nourish our spirit; they representpossibility even when we are dragged down by reality. They keep us going. Mostsuccessful people are dreamers as well as ordinary people who are not afraid tothink big and dare to be great. When we were little kids, we all dreamed ofdoing something big and splashy, something significant. Now what we need to dois to maintain them, refresh them and turn them into reality. However, thetoughest part is that we often have no ideas how to translate these dreams intoactions. Well, just start with concrete objectives and stick to it. Don’t letthe nameless fear confuse the eye and confound our strong belief of future.Through our talents, through our wits, through our endurance and through ourcreativity, we will make it.
Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird thatcannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren fieldfrozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams.Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today.

Good afternoon, everyone. It’s my great honor to stand here and give you ashort speech. My topic is “Never give up”. Now let’s begin.
Have you seen a film named Titanic, I believe no one will shake head. It’sa film about how the ship Titanic sank into the sea in that time. It is veryexciting. But I am quite interested in the story of the film, Jack and Rose’sstory. I can learn some deeper things from it.
After the ship hit an iceberg and sank into the sea. Jack and Rose andother people fell into the cold sea water. As the weather was getting colder andcolder, they were gradually stepping into death. Jack asked Rose to promise himnot to give up the hope of life. At last, Jack was dead, and Rose had a narrowescape, because she listened to Jack and didn’t give up.
As for us, we will never be in the sank Titanic and do not insist onwaiting for the rescue of others, but, in reality, never give up is stillnecessary and much more important.
In the race of life, there is no doubt that we will go through ups anddowns, peaks and valleys, and joys and sorrows. When confronting adversities,someone feels blue and frustrated, declining to struggle one more time. However,there are some people holding fast to their original dreams, making relentlessdeterminations to overcome life’s challenges and become respectable. In face ofobstacles, they practice the spirit of “never give up” and eventually mount thewinner’ stand.
Never give up the hope of life is high level thing, but we are obliged todo it bit by bit. No matter how life treats us, we shouldn’t give up thepossibility of success, even if we are refused thousands of times, even if weare acting in adversity. We couldnt, wouldnt and shouldnt give up. In short,never give up is necessary and much more important in our life. Only holding thespirit can we achieve our goals and taste the sense of the success.

If you can't absorb failure, you're never gonna meet success.The thingabout life is it's not always easy, and you can't always win. Some point of yourlife, it hits you. It hits you really really hard.
The person you love doesn't love you back, you get fired, you lose a familymember. At some point of your life, you're gonna hit rock bottom.
You're paralyzed, you're like, "Why?" And that why can really reallydestroy you. Once you start asking yourself, "Why me? Why not the others, whyme?
I'm actually a good person, I never did something significantly bad, whythe hell did it hit me?" Because that's life.

大家好！
两年前，我从xx英语教育院校毕业，踌躇满志地从大学校门里走出来，满怀信心地踏进了这满是孩子们的天堂。在我开始接任四年级二班的英语教程那一刻，我的心情忐忑不安，不知能否把课上好，当我真正走上工作岗位，走上四二班教室的讲台时，面对一个个鲜活可爱的面孔，面对一双双求知的眼睛，我总是一次次默默的告诉自己，要努力，要加油，要成为深受学生欢迎的好老师。
有人说儿童是一本书虽然要读懂这本书并非易事，但要成为一位出色的教师就必须去读它，有人说，儿童是花木，教师是园丁，园丁悉心照料着花木，但需要尊重它们自然地成长。实际上，儿童比花木要复杂的多，教师的工作比园丁的工作也复杂的多，尽管他们拥有着共同或共通的规律。法国文学家雨果在他的诗里曾经写到：“花是尊贵的'，果实是甜美的，让我们都来做叶吧，因为叶，是平凡而谦逊的。”我觉得这首诗就是为教师写的，因为教师就像那默默奉献的绿叶，时时刻刻衬托着鲜花的娇艳。今天，在庆祝教师节的日子里，我荣幸地站上这方讲台，诵读这样意味深长的诗句，即将开始我至真至诚的讲述，我心中无比激动，也感到万分的骄傲自豪。
时光匆匆，转眼间我已走过了四年的从教生涯。虽然在大家看来这段时间有些短暂。但细数往昔岁月的点点滴滴，我还是要长叹：生活原来给了我们那么多感动。为了这真情付出后得到的感动，我一直在追求着。刚刚参加工作时，信心百倍。记得第一次以教师的身份走进课堂，感觉一切都是那样美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味浓，为师才知为师难。一段时间之后，我先前良好的自我感觉早就一扫而空，面对一群求知欲渴的孩子们，我才真正意识到教师职业是何等的艰辛和琐碎，三尺讲台站上去容易，要站好可真难啊！
每个人都希望自己的人生风和日丽，莺歌燕舞。但月有阴晴圆缺，人有旦夕祸福，挫折和失败总是不断地踩痛我们的心。我们是把失意的怨气撒在孩子身上，还是收起此时内心的苦楚用微笑面对纯真可爱的孩子？我想没有人愿意选择前者，因为你的心中有爱！鲁迅先生有句话“教育是植根与爱的”。是的，爱是教育的源泉，教师有了爱，才会用伯乐的眼光去发现孩子们的闪光点，才会对自己的教育对象充满了信心和爱心，才会有追求卓越的精神和创新的精神。
今天，我是一名小学英语教师，爱我的学生，我会像母亲一样无私和不求索取；爱我的学生，我会像手足一样把心和他们贴得更近；爱我的学生，我会像朋友一样与他们风雨同舟；爱我的学生，我会不溺爱不袒护，在他们跌倒时，鼓励他们勇敢的站起来！我相信“人民教师”这光荣而神圣的称谓，它总能让我拥有无穷的力量。
