　　Dear Sir/Madam,

　　I am writing to seek your permission to attend the development of international tourism in 21st century seminar in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia on December 1-3,2014. I am a general manager of Nanshan forest ecotourism park.

　　This year’s theme is “ecotourism”. As you will note, there will be various

　　presentations on the environmental carrying ability and application of ecotourism in the ecotourism spot. As it is a world-wide seminar, it will certainly draw many outstanding scholars and experts. I am particularly interested in the theme of the seminar.

　　I estimate that my expense would be around RMB 8,000 yuan, for travel, lodging and admission. This will be a worthwhile event in light of our park’s sustainable development.
