　　Firstly, I think you should set an ambition. Sam Walton has told us: High expectation is the key to everything. Ideals are the navigation mark and ambitions are the power for our striving.

　　Secondly, I think you should think more. Look before you leap, we are impetuous, if we consider everything calmly; there’s nothing that we can not do successfully.

　　Thirdly, I think you should work hard. An idle youth，a needy age. When we are young we are supposed to struggle, to do everything by ourselves so that we can get more experience for our future.
