With the coming of national day, I have a one week holiday. I really expect it coming quikely, I want to have a short trip during these days. I will travel to Jiuzhai Valley with my parents for three days. I have heard that the scenery of Jiuzhai Valley is very beautiful in autumn that it’s the best time to travel there. Autumn is my most favorite season so I want to enjoy the beauty of such a wonderful place. I do some preparations for this trip. For example, I search the Internet to see the travel raiders and I have known where the most attracting place is and where to live in. I am sure it will be a wonderful journey. There are only several days for the coming trip, but I have been too excited to wait.

When she went into one of the offices, she saw a board: This office needs a typist. Rose was excited. She went to the manager’s office. The manager was writing something . Rose knocked at the door. The manager raised his head: “ Do you need a typist?” asked Rose. “Yes!” the manager said. Rose jumped up and clapped her hands. She couldn’t help saying: “ ok! I will take this job. How much will you pay me?” the manager thought for a few seconds and said: “I will pay you twenty-seven dollars in the first three months. Then I will pay you thirty dollars.” Rose smiled and answered: “Great, I will come and work here three months later .” The manager frowned and he was speechless.
XMy Bedroom
My bedroom is very big.
The walls are white and blue. The curtains are blue too. There is a big window on the wall, so my bedroom is also very bright. There are some photos on the wall. They’re very beautiful.
In the middle of the room, there is my bed. It’s not so big, but it’s very comfortable. Every night, I lay on the bed and have a good dream.
On the right of the bed, there is my desk and chair. They’re in front of the window. My computer is on the desk. There is a lamp on the desk, too. I can do my homework here and play computer games.
My bookshelf is on the left of the bed. There are a lot of storybooks and picture books in the shelf. I like them very much.

Baking a cake
Anna is girl. She is eleven years old. On Saturday her friend Kerry gives her a call.
“Anna, what do you have to do today,” asks Kerry.
“I don’t have to do anything. But I want to watch TV and play the computer games all day.” says Anna.
“Let’s bake a cake!” says Kerry.
“Sure. But you can’t go to my home and bake a cake.” says Anna.

“En…ok, I can go to Kerry’s home after lunch. I would tell her .” says Anna.
“Kerry, I can’t go to your home now. But I can go to your home after
lunch.” says Anna.
“Sorry! My home don’t have flour. We can’t bake a cake together.” says Kerry.
