　　I used to like junk foods very much, but my mother doesn’t want me to eat them. Sometimes I would go to eat them secretly. I liked to eat the fries with ketchup most, I could eat a lot at one time. Once I went to KFC again, I ordered two large fries and a large iced coke. After finishing the meal, I felt ill in my stomach and throat. I was too afraid to tell my mother. In the evening I threw up and felt hot all over my body. My mother came to check me and found out I got a fever. She took me to the hospital immediately. Since then, I never touch the junk food again. The junk food is bad for health, we shouldn’t eat it.

　　我曾经非常喜欢垃圾食品，但是我妈妈不想让我吃。有时候我会偷偷跑去吃。我最喜欢吃薯条配番茄酱，我一次可以吃很多。有一次我又去了KFC，点了两份大薯条和一大杯冰可乐。吃完了之后，我感到胃和喉咙很不舒服。我很害怕，不敢告诉妈妈。当天晚上我就吐了，觉得全身发热。我妈妈过来看我的时候发现我发烧了。她立刻就带我去了医院。从那以后，我绝不再碰垃圾食品了。垃圾食品对健康有害，我们不应该吃它。

In general , we can take the bus, taxi, train or plane to go there, it’s very convenient.

　　前一阵，我参加了乔登美语培训学校的英语口语大赛初赛，并且成功进入的总决赛。总决赛将于十月七日在成都举行，我很开心。因为可以去成都玩，获奖者还会有很丰厚的礼品，奖品中还有我最喜欢的拉杆书包！

　　比赛前一天晚上，我开始有点紧张了。爸爸妈妈陪着我在家里练习了一遍又一遍，也给我纠正了许多错误或者不恰当的地方，我自己觉得准备得很好了，就信心满满的上床睡觉了。

　　比赛那天一大早，妈妈把我从床上拎了起来，送到学校和老师同学一起坐校车去成都参加比赛。上车后，我和同学们一起练习，并且互相指正。我们信息十足的说：“一定会成功，加油！”

　　比赛的时候，我被安排在第二个上场。我躲在后台往台下看。哇！观众好多啊！爸爸妈妈也坐在台下。我又开始觉得紧张了。老师鼓励我说：“加油，别紧张！”爸爸妈妈也在台下给我做出了加油的手势，我重新有了信心。这时候，主持人用英语说：“下面有请二号选手陈秋仪上场，请三号选手做准备。”我深吸一口气，走上了舞台。我用流利的英语做了自我介绍，还讲了一个小故事。在掌声中，我走下了舞台，自我感觉还不错，对着爸爸妈妈做了个胜利的手势，兴奋地说：“应该可以领一个拉杆书包回家，嘢！”

　　但是在观看了后面的同学的.表演之后，我的信心开始动摇。因为他们的表现太好了，让我赞叹不已。我的情绪开始有些低落，心想：“我的拉杆书包要‘飞’了！”

　　最激动人心的时刻到来了！在音乐声中，颁奖典礼开始了。我只获得了优胜奖，奖品是一个精美的相册。我眼睁睁的看着一个个精美的拉杆书包到了别人的手中……我不甘心啊！

　　比赛前就觉得自己已经准备得很好了，比赛时也觉得自己表现得很好了。可是还是没有拿到大奖。唉！就像妈妈常说的一样：“人外有人，天外有天！”以后我一定要多参加这样的比赛，赛前一定做好最充分的准备，比赛时一定表现到最好，早晚我要拿个拉杆书包回家！
