　　上星期一上午第二节课是英语课，那一堂课让我非常的难忘。

　　上课铃响了，英语老师一走上台就说：“今天，我们默写第六课的单词和词组，请把默写本拿出来，现在开始默写！”糟了，我昨天去少年宫学习，今天刚回来，就来到学校，我只粗看了一遍英语单词。这可怎么办？怎么办？我急出了一头冷汗。我是英语组长，连英语单词都默不出来，同学不知会怎么笑我，老师不知会怎么批评我！正当我焦思熟虑的时候，突然想到了一个“好”主意——我可以把书放在膝盖上，只要默写到不会的`单词就偷偷地看。

　　我是第一次做这种事。那时，我的心像一只跳跳虫一样不住的乱跳，过了好一会儿才镇定下来。只听老师说：“第一个‘洗衣服’！”同学们开始埋头默写。这时，老师看见一个同学在看旁边同学写英语，说了声：“人有再大的困难，也要诚实！”“诚实！”听到这两个字，我的腿抖动了一下，差点儿把书掉到地上。“诚实”，多么平凡的词呀，一年级的小同学知道它的涵义，难道我这个五年级大哥哥却不知道吗？想到这里，我不由的低下了头暗暗地骂自己：傻瓜！默不出也不该偷看啊！我轻轻地把书放进了书包，咬着铅笔竭力地在脑子里想‘洗衣服’这个英语词组……

　　最后，老师默写的十个单词我只默对了三个。虽然受了同学们的笑，挨了老师的批，但我知道，面对诚实，我无愧！
