“What can you do, then?” the old man said nothing. He put a gourd bottle on the ground and covered its mouth with a copper coin. He then scooped out a ladle of oil from his big jar, held it high and began to fill the bottle.
Now, a thread of oil came down from the ladle into the bottle just through the hole of the coin. Everybody looking on watched with amazement. But the old man said, “This is nothing special, I can do this because I have practiced it a lot.” And with these words, he left.

The first:Bubble sort
Step1:make small number ahead and large
number behind by exchanging

The number N depends on the length of the array.
Then,the array will be orderly.Bubble sort is very simple.It is the introduction to sort algorithm.
The second: Direct ion sort

What does it means？Let’s take an example.There is an array A[5].First of all,A[0] is only one number,it has been already orderly,so we needn’t to move it.Then we will compare A[1] to A[0]，if A[1]> A[0],do not move it. if A[1]< A[0],exchange the value of A[1] and A[0].Next we will compare A[2] to A[1] and so on.Finally,the array will be orderly.We can see that Direct ion sort is simple too.
The third:Straight select sort
step 1:
Get min{R[0]——R[n-1]},
exchange the value of min and R[0]
It means that we find the smallest number from R[0] to R[n-1] and then exchange the value of min and R[0]
step 2:
Get min{R[1]——R[n-1]},exchange the value of min and R[1] Step2 and step1 have the same operations in addition to replace the starting point R[0] by R[1].And so are the remaining steps.

Shell Sort is a kind of ion sort. It is the improvement aiming at the Direct ion sort algorithm and named for DL.Shell in 1959.

How to stimulate my class and show my warmth, so that they can enjoy their study in English? I had a deep thought.
It’s smile. There is a kindness called smile. It is the most beautiful language in the world. It can make distance no distance. “Just awake the students with a smiling face!”I said to myself. The next day, when I stood on the stage with a smiling face, when I asked the questions with a smile, when I encouraged the children in a friendly way, the students were just shocked!
But I could find there was more happiness and excitement in their eyes!

Good morning, everyone.
What I want to talk about today is “Work to live”. More and more people today are used to being busy working every day, they work so hard, even have no time for all casual activities. But at the same time, many of them are afflicted by the anxiety and pressure . They live not happy, so we should rediscover this issue.
Firstly, we must figure out what we are living for and what we need in life. In general, Everyone live with both the moral and physical support .For the physical support, we need food and everyday goods. Those are the foundation for us to survive. And in fact, they are the very purposes that most people are working for. But apart from that. As I see it, the moral support maybe more important. We feel the warm from our families , friends, teachers and classmates. We enjoy the happiness from our experiences, go climbing, shopping, taking part in a party, etc. Surely, we should get the moral support from work. But we should remember that work is just one of the many ways through which we pursuing our desired lives. it’s not the goal.
A few days ago, I’ve read a book about Chen Jing run, a man as you know who had great achievement in mathematics . As well who devoted himself to work completely. However, after knowing more details about his life, I began to feel a increasingly great pity for him. He paid all his work, even his health .Because of long constantly excessive work. He had been suffering several kinds of diseases throughout his life. Eventually a Parkinson's disease until the end of his life. I’m thinking, if he balanced his life, not just for work. Perhaps he can live better, maybe he would live better and gain much more happiness and comfort.
Eagerly I want to tell you my friends. You should work, but it should not only work life. We are not born to work, but to live. Good health is the capital of revolution. Remember to set aside some time to go shopping ,dress yourselves ,or just to have a comfortable sleep, give you the chances for listening to the breeze , looking at the mizzle, enjoying the colorful life. They may not mean much, but as long as you can enjoy a happy, It would be worth in the coming days you will not regret it.
So please work to live, Always believes that work is just one means to live. Get things down! It is to live a better life that is our real goal.

I love English. English is now used everywhere in the world. It has become the most common language. More than one –third people in the world can speak English. Learning English makes me confident and brings me great pleasure.
When I was seven, I began to learn English at school. In the classroom, I played games and sang English songs with other classmates. Then I found the beauty of the language, and began my colorful dream in the English world.
Everyday, I read English and listen to the tapes. Sometimes, I watch English cartoons and listen to English songs. Now, I can sing several English songs.
On the weekend, I often go to the English corner. By talking with different people there, I have made more and more friends as well as improved my oral English.
I hope I can travel around the world someday. I want to go to America to visit Harvard University, because it’s very famous in the world. Of course, I want to go to England too, because England is where English language comes. If I can ride my bike in Cambridge and Oxford, I will be very happy.
When I learn English well, I hope I can speak English with everyone in the world. I’ll introduce our China to them, introduce our ZhangYe to them, and introduce our Jin an yuan school to them.
I know, Rome was not built in a day. But I believe that after my continuous hard study, I can speak English very well.
