　　Good morning !It is really my honor to have this opportunity for a interview,I hope i can make a good performance today. Im confident that I can succeed. 　　时至今日，我已经来到了我们xx公司x个月了，从一个毛毛躁躁的小子变成现在这样看上去像个样子的年轻人，公司给我的帮助和教育不可谓不多。我也是非常的欣喜自己的这些变化，对于与学习不同的工作，我也是抱有充沛的热情和动力去做，提起百倍的努力和精神去关注，去学习，去更好地吸纳一切我可以学习的知识。并且在公司各位领导前辈的指点下将这些知识运用到工作之中去，不仅仅是为公司创造了效益，也是为我这个小年轻积累到了足够的.实践经验。

　　这么想的我，确实是太过于异想天开和想当然了。在后面的工作中也告诉了我，空有理论而无实践经验终究是欠缺的太厉害，需要一步一步的打磨才能够成器。而我也是在这个阶段告别了那个狂傲的我，经受了挫折之后及时的醒悟了过来，选择了低下头谦逊学习，从而为前辈，各位同事那里求取经验。

　　虽然有些同事们的学历和知识水平都没有我高，但是有着多年经验的他们在处理事情上却比我老练太多太多，随便露一手都能够让我学好久。但是有着新的知识和技能可以学习的我却并不觉得沮丧，因为我已经意识到了这可是一个天大的好机会，我在这段时间将很多知识转变成了我所掌握的技能，在实习生里表现名列前茅，常常受到大家的夸奖。

　　因此，在这个时候我开始觉得实习生这个名号开始限制了我的贡献，很多事情和工作因为我是实习生，大家都觉得我的经验可能会有一些缺漏不足，婉拒了我的帮忙。明明有心想要更多的为公司做贡献，却因为没有转正而无法贡献更多，这让我心中也是沮丧得很。因此在现在我想要向领导申请转为正式员工，承担起更多的责任，希望公司的各位领导能够认可我的工作能力，同意我的请求，让我能够以我们公司正式员工的身份参与进公司建设之中，为集体，为公司，也为我自己能够学到更多的知识技能而努力。
