第一，这家餐馆没有给每道菜标价，这意味着店家让客人自己估价。那么客人付的钱低于店家的期望就讲得通了。不说那些吃饭不给钱的人，每个人的价值观都不同，很多人也没有每道菜的成本价是多少的观念，客人付的钱低于成本价是可以理解的。
In the second place, the restaurant has on waiter at all which makes the cost lower than a regular restaurant It makes reasonable that customer pay less money than the owner expected I believe most people had paid their bills, but they just pay it lower than the cost.
总而言之，这或许不是诚信问题，而是经营餐馆的方式问题。我相信很多人都付了餐费的，只是餐费低于成本而已。
