　　看，五四班的课堂一会儿鸦雀无声，一会儿嘻嘻哈哈疯成一片。你猜这是哪位老师在上课？没错，是我们的英语老师。

　　英语老师个不高，老爱梳个马尾辫。她讲课的时候更是有趣，现在让我们来认识一下她吧！

　　记得我们上第一节英语课的时候，学了5个单词：old、young、funny、strict、kind。等同学们把这5个单词的.意思背得滚瓜烂熟后，老师就做动作，让我们猜是哪个单词。只见她装成一个老爷爷，弓着背，摸着胡子。我们马上猜出来，是“old”！然后老师像一个年轻人挺起腰板，做出精神抖擞的样子。是“young”！我们大声喊道。接下来，老师装成一个小猴子，那个样子，让我们笑的上气不接下气。我的气还没还没顺过来呢，只见老师又挺直腰板，板着脸做出了很严肃的表情。这样，我们又笑翻了天。

　　在老师惟妙惟肖的表演中，我把这5个单词记得更牢固了。

　　老师像一位辛勤的园丁，助我们在阳光下成长；老师像一盏明灯，照亮了我们前方的道路；老师更像一根细小的火柴，用自己的火光点燃了我们心中的蜡烛。

　　让我记忆深刻的是教了我们两年的英语老师。

　　老师并不算高。一米五七左右的个字，喜欢穿裙子，时常带着她的尺子来给我们上课。

　　老师的尺子更是让我深有感触，那是一把30厘米左右的铁尺，尺子上的刻度已经磨掉了不少，尺子上凹凸不平，一看就是有些年头的了。尺子的用处更是多样：用来点屏幕上的句子，单词，用来画线，还用来“警告”那些分心的同学。一次，我上课时分了神，发起了呆，正当我入迷时，只见我眼前突然闪过了一道银光，我吓了一跳，等我回过神来，我仔细一看，原来是老师的尺子，我顺着尺子往上看，我看见英语老师板着脸站在那里，手用尺子在我桌子上点两三下，尺子与桌子碰撞发出的“砰砰”声如炸雷一般在我耳边响起，我立马提了提神，看向书本，读起了书。虽然老师没有跟我说一句话，但她尺子和神情却深深震撼了我，从那以后，我上英语课再也没有发过呆……

　　我的英语老师很年轻，姓张。张老师的气质有多高雅，嗓音有多柔美，讲课多么富有吸引力，都是语言难以形容的。她从最基础的音标开始为班上像我一样英语底子奇差的学生补课，上新课。她让我们对着小镜子练口型，她教我们用英语读钟表。天！我总是那个最笨的，老读错的，因为中文到英文思维转换太迟钝，更因为着迷于她的口型和发音。

　　在我15岁的人生里，张老师是最美的女性，美到用女神作比一点都不夸张。太喜欢张老师了，枯燥的英语也趣味横生到爱得狂热。每天除了在张老师的指导下补初中英语，还争分夺秒背新单词、课文。不久后张老师进行了年级英语单词默写竞赛，我只错了一个单词获得二等奖，得到的小奖品其实只是一支普通的圆珠笔，但内心因之荡起对英语更加热爱的涟漪。

　　这样被激发出的对英语的热情，很有幸遇上了初三教我们英语的范老师，得以有增无减，一发而不可收拾。范老师唐河人，教我们时年近三十。他高个子大眼睛浓眉毛，非常健谈，但并不常对我们和蔼地笑。他常常仰起头，微皱着眉，略撅起嘴，这使他看上去有一些傲慢急躁，还带点孩子气的固执。可这些都不妨碍我们喜欢他，喜欢他的英语课。老实说范老师的英语发音并不标准，和他的普通话一样带着浓浓的河南味。但是这又有什么关系呢？他那口河南味的英语加普通话飞速提高了多少学生的英语成绩啊！

　　范老师最特别的训练法是快速阅读。学校的电脑在范老师的办公室里。他用业余时间义务为我们打印卷子。经常一张纸正反两页都是密密麻麻的单词。每节课我们都要读一两篇小短文。阅读的.时间要求在三四分钟内，不许也没时间去。我们顾不得在生词上纠缠，囫囵吞枣完全文就开始做题。

　　范老师响亮的声音简直就是在故意制造干扰，近乎刺耳地在教室上空回荡：“一分钟！两分钟！三分钟……时间到！”起初每次阅读教室怨声四起，但慢慢我们对他的“魔鬼式训练”从抵触到接受到喜欢。这样的强化训练真是临阵磨枪又快又光，我们做英语题的效率和能力突飞猛进，得以考场上大显身手。就拿我自己来说，初一英语成绩及格都难，现在能得了九十多。这样的大进步并不只靠勤奋刻苦，更多得益于从张老师到范老师循序渐进科学有效的教学方法。
